This is a good place to educate on the differences...I am still learning so much about all of this and which web 2.0 apps are based on FOSS.

I teach in the face to face classroom and also teach on-line. I've been learning and using several new tools and was inspired by Will Richardson's book and presentation in Toronto in Oct 2008. He recommended that for us to use the technology with our studentst we had to use them for our own professional development first. I am an aspiring tech director (truly...just made it as a finalist in a position) and would love to be part of this network. I have always liked classroom2.0, and this is a great off shoot of that.
