Philip, that's great. I've got the site up in beta form at QCommons.org. The import feature is a little rough yet so easiest would be to e-mail me with the Moodle XML and I can put it up, attributed to you. The site also supports specifying a Creat…

hi Colin, thanks for the info. I've been tinkering with the quiz module and question bank features myself, looking into the code as well, but it is helpful for me to hear from people who use them already. Have you used them in a class setting? What…

Hi Turadg,
I'm in charge to lead a volunteered Question Bank development task force to enable certification exams in the area of software engineering courses, that should run on a Moodle platform for a kind of open university to serve students in the portuguese spoken countries. After a wide research for available resources I realize I've a problem: I didn't find a authoring tool to accomplish this task within the Moodle world. When Moodle 2.0 is going to be relesead, it'll have probably a set of resources to do that (Moodle 2.0 question bank improvements), but I need this kind of stuff now.
Besides the specification of each question itself, it's necessary qualify it with tags (metadata), so that we could perform filtered searches over the bank.
Could you told me more about your project? The purposes. When will you have it ready? Is it a open source project?
